07 Nov My First Installation in Florida
It has been almost 2 YEARS since I put up one of my installations! (Installation-Art/sculpture was my main focus during college). With that said… I am SO excited to finally be installing one at The Gallery for my upcoming show as the featured artist for St. Petersburg’s Second Saturday ArtWalk. It will also be the first time I am installing a piece in Florida! It is always fun installing in a new space and an exciting challenge to make the piece unique for the specific site. Although I work very intuitively with the placement of my pieces, I start with a direction in mind and usually stick pretty close to my initial vision.
